Alissa is an actor from Northern Virginia who has spent Ten plus years dedicated to the industry and training. She received her BFA in Acting from Otterbein Theatre and Dance with her final semester spent in NYC as a casting intern for Telsey +Company. She’s an alumni and holds a certificate of completion in Shakespeare and Chekhov from the The British American Drama Academy in association with Yale School of Drama. Prior to undergrad, Alissa studied film and comedy both in D.C. and L.A performing her own written material while being mentored under a Second City Veteran. Alissa attended a governors school for TV Production and Directing while attending high school. There, she found her voice and style from the other side of the camera. She has experience both in front of and behind the camera and has worked on various projects, including independent films staring actors such as, Corbin Bernsen, (Psych, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang) and Nancy Stafford, (Scandal, Matlock).
